Starters

– Real Rillette Sarthoises – Breeder Guillaume Vasseur

– Wrap in the flavor summer and to the smoked house

– Ceviche of the sea bream, ginger, lime, swung crunchy

– At the middle cooked of duck Foie Gras marinated in  Coteau du Layon

– Poëlée of frogs’leg in the parsley butter

– Gazpacho of vegetables and his perfect egg

– Cheese Cake of soft white cheese, small greenery and oil of rocket
